Dedicated to adding value to our community and the right kind of growth for our city, Project 6065 will be Springfield, Missouri's first mixed use/lifestyle development. This 600-acre site is located at the crossroads of Highway 65 and Highway 60. With the new interchange approved by MODOT, Project 6065 will incorporate residential, multi-family and senior living components with retail, office and dining destinations – all surrounded by 200 acres of green space. With expressed support from the City of Springfield and the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, and the dedication of the Project 6065 Development Team, all that's missing now is your feedback.
